In addition to the stated prices, we charge a fixed freight charge for parcel shipping or forwarding delivery.
These shipping costs are indicated again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
We will carefully pack your family bed on a one-way pallet (210x200cm). Then the shipping company will deliver it to the curb.
Note: Some items are taken on a delivery tour and attempted to be delivered to the customer (without notification). If you are away from home or cannot accept the goods, a delivery date will be announced by telephone on the next working day.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein: As one of our Swiss or Liechtenstein customers, you purchase your products from us without Austrian VAT. In addition to the stated shipping costs (DPD parcel), there is a customs clearance fee of € 52.56. However, please also note that additional import duties are due. These include customs clearance fees as well as domestic VAT.
In case of deliveries outside the EU (incl. Norway), further costs may be charged in individual cases, which are to be covered by the customer (e.g. costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions, transfer fees, exchange rate fees, import duties or taxes, customs duties).

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?
The big companies are showing the way and we also get the feedback again and again: “Why do I have to pay for my return shipping myself?” or "The shipping costs are just too much! Then I won't order anything"
But is free shipping and returns really modern and contemporary?
If you think about what happens behind a simple order in an online shop, you might come to the conclusion that this service is rather outdated. Because so much happens when you place an order: goods are moved from A to B, the order is packed with various packaging materials, in order to transport your order from A to B, CO2 is emitted and, last but not least, there are people working on site who also work from their homes have to come to your place of work (further CO2 emissions).
So does free shipping/returns really do anything good for our environment? Shouldn't we value completely different things now?
