Our family beds are 270 x 200 cm, but can be extended by 90 cm each. And if you want to make it smaller again, that's easy too. Remove the center headboard, footboard and slatted frame. This turns your family bed into a double bed. Cover the continuous lying surface with a topper 270 x 200 cm, so there are no more annoying "visitor cracks".

The distance between the slatted frame and the edge of the bed is 16 cm.
- A mattress should be able to sink at least 4 cm into the bed frame. If it is less than 4 cm, there is a risk that the mattress will slip out of the frame due to night-time movement.
